Worked for Texaco Marine Inc., (1979-1996, appx 5 yrs shipping experience prior to shoreside work. Worked in yards and repair facilities, as a repair inspector. Returned to schools, (Texaco merged with Chevron) and did technical teaching to high school level students.

(license in continuity status,STCW95 endorsement needed to sail aboard a vessel)
