Led crews of 5 different cutters to Middle East/Persian Gulf, Africa, Far East, Caribbean, Bering Sea, Gulf of Alaska and Eastern Pacific to enforce U.S. laws and regulations/support national security objectives/fight the Global War on Terrorism. Created, justified, managed multi-million dollar budgets, maintenance and repair projects.
