Was Deputy Director, Commercial Operations. Also headed the External Affairs Unit of the organisation and set-up and managed the Ship Acquisition Fund Unit of the Organisation.
July1991-October1993- Kapital Merchant Bank, Lagos, Nigeria - Handled all legal issues concerning the Bank; started and handled the Trust Services Unit of the Bank; headed the Corporate Services and the Corporate Affairs Units of the Bank.
May1983-January1991- Federal Civil Service of Nigeria, Lagos, Nigeria- Worked in the Federal Ministry of Finance in the prosecution of tax offenders; worked in the Contract Vetting Unit of the Ministry of Justice vetting high valued Federal Government of Nigeria contracts; worked in the Federal Ministry of Transport (and briefly the Aviation Minisrty) dealing with legal issues concerning general transport, road transport, rail transport, merchant marine, general maritime transport and inland waterways transport.
