• Called vendors to report material shortages, overages, damages, and late material that had not been received on the ship date.
• Completed weekly GDS material reports for Exxon/Mobil.
• Checked our salesmen’s orders and expedited the ship dates for our customers.
• Received calls from all customers every day to have the material on a Hot Shot, or next day air when the material was needed immediately.
