• Land transportation equipment lease agreements

• Collection for services rendered to vessels (salvage, waste and sludge removal, etc.)

• Mitigation of US Customs fines and penalties

Tulane Law School: Master of Laws in Admiralty. Advanced degree emphasized in maritime and transport law, port operations, carriage of goods, regulation of shipping, marine insurance, marine pollution, employment law in the transport industry, and federal regulation of commerce.
