OPERATIONS AND SHIPPING MANAGER

• Monitoring the day-to-day shipping, port and management operations

• Monitor the KPI of all activities

• Liaise with government officials, partners representatives, and clients for smooth functioning of operations

• Manage all logistics support services including procurement, transportation, warehousing and delivery

• Submit regular weekly and monthly logistics reports to management. Reports must cover: procurement status, supply chain, fleet and asset management.

• Maintaining safety standards and procedures

• Perform other tasks are assigned by management.

TRANSPORT COORDINATOR



• Coordinate the transport of over 500-700 containers per month

• Arrange trucks and ensure the timely loading/unloading process as well as on time arrival

• Monitor the movement of containers from the port of loading, the port of discharge to the final destination

• Liaise with agents, terminal operator, warehouses and customers

• Submit weekly and monthly transport reports to management.

• Monitor all deliveries and ensuring customer satisfaction
