Marine Operations: Comprehensive experience in vessel, cargo and terminal operations.
Worked in every major port in the Eastern and Southern Unites States. Sailed as Deck Officer
on American Flag vessels. Involved with container, break-bulk and tanker services. Supervised operations aboard conventional, full container, Ro/Ro and heavy lift vessels. Stowage
planner and specialist in handling project and parcel cargoes. Experience with problem
shipments as well as consultant for securing special cargoes. Performed duties as Port
Captain, Administrator and Contract Negotiator for various Owners/Charters. Skilled in
Stevedoring operations through involvement with Corporate Stevedoring subsidiaries in the
