• Helped organize, scan and catalogue ship’s hull and machinery drawings.

• Assisted in the preparation of maintenance scheduling data from machinery and equipment manuals for input into the Maximo web-based computerized Preventive Maintenance System (PMS) which was under implementation.

• Worked in the Storerooms and Warehouses of the Ferry Maintenance Facility cataloging and labeling parts for the parts database of the Maximo Preventive Maintenance System.
