Objective

Interested to continue shore job related to Maritime Teaching, Superintendence, Survey, Shipping, Cargo Handling, logistics and Operations.

Experience


Key Responsibilities as Marine Superintendent in last company:

- Responsible for all compliance and regulatory affairs for all vessels under responsibilities.

- Overseeing the daily operation of maintenance and repair, budgeting, survey schedule, docking.

- Liaise with port state and flag state control.

- Responsible for Health, Safety and Environmental management for all vessels under responsibility in line with company’s guidelines and procedure.

- To ensure compliance to the statutory requirements of ISM, ISPS, TMSA.

- To update record of class status and liaise closely with classification socities, suppliers, contractors.

- To assist TM,GM in the investigation of failures, defects and accidents and recommending preventive measures.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

• Served as Marine Officer on board ships of K-Line, Japan from 1999 to 2008.

• Served as Captain on board ship of Bernhard Schulte Ship Management, Singapore in 2009.

• Served as Marine Superintendent in Pacmar Shipping Ltd, Singapore in 2010 [1st May to 9th Aug.].

• Served as Marine Superintendent in Pandaw Cruises Management Ltd, Singapore in 2010

[10th Aug to 11th Dec].


Education


EDUCATION BACK GROUND:

• B.Sc. degree [Nautical Science] from National University, Bangladesh in 1993.

• Advanced Diploma in Maritime Transportation from Singapore Polytechnic in 2002.

• Certificate of Competency [Class 1 –Master Mariner] from MPA, Singapore in 2007.

• Obtained B. Sc. [Nautical Science]-1st Class from Marine Academy, Bangladesh in 1993.

• Advanced Diploma in Maritime Transportation [AMT] from Singapore Polytechnic in 2002.
