Currently, freelance marine surveyor acting on behalf shipping companies P&I clubs and marine transportation consultant for private and public companies / organizations

Since January 2000, a freelance Marine Surveyor represents Acacia Services Ltd.



1999 - Marine surveyor for all Israeli ports acting on behalf of the P&I representatives, Ship owners, Charterers, Insurance Companies, and private clients.

1996 - 1998 Engaged as Hull Superintendent of the new building series of 8 container vessels at HDW shipyards in Kiel, Germany.

During 1997, attained a Graduation Certificate, with Distinction, of P& 1 Insurance, granted by the North of England Protection and Indemnity Association and South Tyneside College.

1995 - Appointed by Zim Navigation Co., as company Marine Safety Superintendent.

1994 - Qualified as Master F.G.

1990 - Qualified as Senior Officer.

1989 - Qualified as Senior Watch Keeping Officer.

1986 - Qualified as Watch Keeping Officer.

2006 Certified by the German Gauss Institute in Bremen for stowage and securing steel coils in containers



2005/2006 Lecturer at the nautical institute for the training of cruise vessel security officers.



2004 Published a professional book about safe stowage in containers



2003 Course in Dangerous goods shipped by aviation transportation
