Maintain and achieve optimum level of efficiency for power generation.
Laison with government agencies for inspection of the power plant and overhead lines.
Project management for construction of 30MW power plant.Managed the civil works and construction,contractor,erection of furnace oil and gas engines on foundation,auxiliaries,raw water pumps,pipelines,cooling towers,boiler,furnace and diesel oil storage tanks.Completed the commissioning of the power plant in stipulated time and budget.

Management of a staff of 100-150 employees at the shipyard for repair,maintenance and delivery of vessel.
Provide cost estimate for repair work and negotiate pricing with the owners.
Supervising and monitoring of daily repair work and inspection of vessel by the classification societies.
Scope of work involved,extensive hull and machinery repairs and arranging sea trials,double bottam tanks,fuel oil tanks,removal of tail end shaft,anchors and rudder,machinery repair of main engines,auxiliaries,pressure vessel and boilers of all types while maintaining strict employee health and safety (EHS) standards.
