Recognized by PMDS as Technical Surveyor and Auditor in Florida – USA. Authorized to carry out renewal, annual and additional or occasional inspections on board commercial vessel certify by PMDS as Recognized Organization by IMO related to Statutory Certificates, making sure the vessel is in comply with the international and local rules and regulations.
Panama Maritime Authority - PANAMA Feb 2011 – Today
Recognized by PMA as Safety Inspector in Florida – USA. Authorized to carry out annual safety inspections on board Panama flag vessels making sure the vessels are in comply with the international and local rules and regulations.

Background On Board.
Supervise and coordinate the repairs and the reports on vessel’s operational conditions, engineering conditions, evaluation performance and operation of equipment. Recommend repairs, modification and/or renewals when necessary. Maintain records of all inspections, repairs and surveys required by classification societies. Monitor and report on vessel spart parts inventories. Conduct tests on marine equipment to see if testing standards were met. Assure that ship security, safety and quality standards were properly provided. Supervise Team working on time. Guarantee the effectiveness in operations of the Engine Department and in supervising each one of the members of the team in doing theirs duties in a safety manner and on time. I had the authority of making decisions in emergencies.
