Experience
o Incharge of HSQE, Vetting and Operations of Chemical Tankers
o Responsible for carrying out Incident investigations and reporting to oil Majors
o Carrying out Trend analysis of various audits/Inspections for the fleet
o Setting Targets and Goals as per TMSA, Monitoring the KPI’s and tracking them.
o Preparing for office audits by Oil Majors ( Have had experience of various oil Majors)
o Preparing for TMSA audit by oil majors and preparing company’s response for the Observations /findings / suggestions
o Responsible for monitoring and controlling activities pertaining to cargo related operations of the vessels.
o Monitor daily progress of operation including passage plan, UKC etc., tank cleaning, and cargo operation when in port.
o Attending vessel for assisting in cargo operations. Preparing tanks for wall wash standards.
o Assist vessel with tank cleaning procedures and verification of stowage plans.
o Responsible for all the Safety, Quality and Security related activities of the organization, maintaining SMC/ DOC certification of the company and vessels. Arranging for Vessels’ and office Internal / External Audits and follow up with the NCN's or Observations and ensure compliance with corrective actions.
o Responsible for responding to Vetting and CDI inspection observations.
o Collating and analyzing data from various external inspections and incidents/accidents across the fleet.
o Carrying out gap analysis, and implementing, continually improving management operations as per TMSA requirements.
o Assisting Director operations for ensuring vessels performance as per Charter Party requirements.
o Representing company for Yard delivery of vessel.
o Implementation of new regulations, including the current revisions to Annex II and Annex I.
o Revising/Impelmenting ISM and ISPS systems both in office and Onboard Vessels.
o Carrying out Internal ISM/ISPS Audits, arranging and preparing Vessels for Oil major inspections, PSC inspections etc.
o Carrying out Training on Board Vessels
o Risk management
o Preparing Company Annual Verification of DOC By external Parties
o Preparing Oil Major audit of office and subsequent response for Safety and Quality
