Experience
1). For the last 2 years I'm working as a Fleet Safety Specialist for a reputed UK based company. My responisibilties include i).Internal audits ii).Assist vessels with external audits, vetting and CDI inspections. iii).Provide training on Behaviour Based Safety. iv).Provide training on various operational and safety matters. v).Carry out Bridge Team/Resource Management Audits.
2). Prior to 2005 I've been sailing as a Master on oil tankers, including VLCCs. My total experience as Master - approx 13 years including vacation. My total experience as a Chief Officer is approx 9 years.
Education
Obtained Master License in 1984 from Govt of India.
Certification
1. Master Mariner - unlimited tonnage
2. All relevent stcw certificates for Master on an oil tanker
3. Risk Assessment and Internal Auditor

1. Vessel inspections fro safety and operations.
