Overall in charge of Crewing/Operations department, deploying seafarers to 55 tanker vessels, ranging from ULCC, VLCC, Aframax, Panamay and Hanymax tankers, 45 of which are fully manned by Filipinos.

Evaluates and assesses new crew prior their emploment as per the principal’s hiring process.

Dec 2001 – Jul 2002 ERP Superintendent: Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is an extensive computer program sponsored and developed by the company for efficient technical supervision and monitoring of vessels manages by Stelmar Tankers Mgt Ltd. It covers safety supervision and efficient vessel performance - maintenance monitoring, spares inventory and requisition. I spent nine months going to the vessels of the fleet to introduce this software to the officers onboard.
