JOB PROFILE: -
Managing Refrigeration Service and Installation, Start-ups, Preparing Parts/Service/Project Start-up offer and negotiation with customer, Technical discussion with customer for plant replacement equipments selection.
Refrigeration plant Commissioning activities (cascade type, screw, reciprocating chillers, Centrifugal chiller low temperature brine application, cold room storage, freezers, (Sabroe, Gram, York, Frick,Stal systems)
Compressor servicing (Screw compressor and reciprocating compressor)
Independent Overhauling of Screw Compressor and Reciprocating Compressor.
Troubles shooting of refrigeration / air conditioning plant & control panel.
Troubles shooting of refrigeration / air conditioning plant Micro processors ( All type of Unisab II & III /Quantum LX Q4 , Q5 Panel, Grammatic Controller, STAL Electronic SE-700 Controller , Allen Bradely Plc/ Siemens Plc based SCADA work station)
Retrofit work with Screw /Piston, Compressor blocks, Controllers, S&T Oil coolers, S&T Condenser Evaporative /PHE condensers, S&T Direct Expansion /Flooded Chillers and Economiser, Ammonia Circulation Pumps etc .
New plant commissioning and Start-up with all Technical support to local Commissioning Team.
