From 1987 to 1998, as deck officer onboard Venezuelan Tankers fleet PDVSA. From 1998 to 2002 as Mooring Master at SPM PDVSA and Loading master in TAEJ Offshore oil platform, belonging to PDVSA. Eastern zone. Venezuela. From 2003 to 2004 Master HSC (High speed craft)Conferry. From 2004 to 2005 Division Chief of Operation Ciudad Guayana Harbour Master. Venezuela. from 2005 to present as Marine Pilot (INEA) Mooring and unmooring maneuver on PDVSA Refinery Guaraguao, Jose Complex, Guanta port and pertigalete Ports. Lightering and STS transfer operations. all types of vessels especially tankers up to 335 mts lenght (VLCC)

1987. 3rd Deck Officer. Venezuelan Nautical School (actually Maritime University of the caribbean) Venezuela. 2003. Master Marine Title. UMC. 2nd phase approved as Marine Inspector. SCAT PDVSA Inspector, (Corporate system acceptance tanker). 2004. Marine Pilot Course & Certification (whithout GT restriction)INEA.
