SUPERVISED AND TRAINED FOUR (4) NEWLY ARRIVED PERSONNEL. OPERATED, MAINTAINED AND REPAIRED MARINE DIESEL ENGINES; ELECTROMOTIVE, GAS TURBINE AND STEAM TURBINE DRIVEN MOTORS, PUMPS, AND REDUCTION GEARS. ASSISTED ENGINEER WITH SHIPYARD OVERHAUL AND DRY DOCKING. OPERATED AUXILIARY EQUIPMENT ASSOCIATED WITH MAIN PROPULSION WHEN ENTERING AND LEAVING PORT. OPERATED MAIN ENGINE WASTE HEAT BOILER. PLACED BOILER ON/OFF LINE AND FLUSHED OUT MAIN WASTE HEAT EXCHANGER.

MADE ADJUSTMENTS ON CONTROLS TO MAINTAIN PROPER LIMITS, REPLACED AND REPAIRED CONTROL UNITS, GAUGES AND VALVES.OPERATED WATER TREATMENT AND REVERSE OSMOSIS SYSTEM. OPERATED FUEL OIL TRANSFER PUMPS AND PURIFIER WHILE TRANSFERRING FUEL FROM REFINERY TO SHIP AND WHEN FILLING SERVICE TANKS. RECEIVED, TRANSFERRED AND STORED FUELS, LUBE OILS AND HAZ-MAT SUPPLIES. RECEIVED, INVENTORIED AND STORED SPARE ENGINE PARTS AND EQUIPMENT MATERIALS. REPAIRED FUEL AND LUBE OIL PURIFIERS. OBSERVED SAFETY RULES AND
