Summary of Qulifications
After nearly ten years sailing experience at sea, I am confident being a competence seafarer and familar with professional knowledage and relevant convention including but not limited to ISM system, ISPS regulation, PSC inspection items and so on, especially when worked as a self-piloted master, I successfully conned the whole ship without any accident and deficiency as well as managed the ship with wonderful leadership. The good motivation skills make all the crew on board feel like home and work hard together, the company highly complimented our good team work spirit for this. In addition, I possess good communication skills and play an active role within the company.
