Experience
Vocational experience in marine machining including, but not limited to propulsion and electrical generation systems, heat exchanger systems, watermaking, steering systems, and deck machinery.
Education
Training in heavy-duty fuel systems, tune-up, marine diesel overhaul, welding, SOLAS, fall protection, confined space entry, industrial hygene, first aid/CPR, and convential machining practices.
Certification
U.S. Merchant Mariner
Skils
Convential machining, computer-aided design, hand and power tool usage, welding, crane/rigging, deck machinery operation, vessel handling, line handling/marlinespike, and marine engineering.
