Experience
Sailed 332 days aboard two container ships, the S.S. Matson Ewa, the S.S. Horizon Producer and one Oil Tanker, the USNS Lawrence H. Gianella. Performed deck operations in every aspect, including cargo, navigation, piloting, repairs to structure and equipment, maintenance, emergency drills, ballast and bunker operations, and inventory.

I am extremely good at logistical problems and have much experience and knowledge in working with the actual maritime industry aboard ships. I also have internship experience working shoreside for a container shipping company on the office side of things. I work extremely well under pressure and have very good people skills.
Regimental Positions held at USMMA:
Regimental Waterfront Officer – In charge of the entire USMMA Waterfront and all programs, responsibilities and operations involved, with a staff of 8 Midshipmen Officers to assist.
Regimental Academic Officer – The liaison between the Academic Dean and the student body; in charge of the tutoring programs and a staff of 7 Midshipmen Officers.
