Responsibilities: Supervised mooring operations and terminal allocations for liquid and bulk vessels. Other roles includes; Assist in checking Packing List, Shipping Invoicing, Inspecting and documenting cargo manifest, bill of laden and ship entry notices, Monitoring operations activities such as shipping, loading and discharge operations at the terminals and Quay Apron, Organizing Stacking and Warehouse areas for containers and other cargos, Taking records of waybills, attending berthing meetings and preparing ship daily positioning at berth.

Other roles includes; Manifest submissions to traffic department, declaration of cargo to customs and the port authorities, documentation of tally records collected from tally clerks. Investigating and preparing claims, such as discrepancies (Damages) during Operations. Preparing of daily operational reports, use for the assessment of daily operational performance.
