Bulk - Cargo :
Draught Survey:
- Independently carried out initial & final draught survey prior loading / unloading and after loading / unloading to certified the loaded / discharge quantities. (vessel up to dead weight 1.5 Lakh Tons) for Iron Ore, Fertilizer, Coal etc.)
Bunker Survey:
- Independently carried out Bunker survey for Off Hire / On Hire to certified the bunker quantities on board.
Condition Survey of vessel (up to 1.2 Lakh Tons):
- Independently carried out Condition survey for Off Hire / On Hire for Charterers / Owners.
- Hatch inspection prior Loading / Hose Testing / Chock Testing.
- Attended on behalf of M/s. Essar Shipping Ltd, Mumbai, M/s. Falcon Bryan & Associates, Singapore, Global Marine Services.
Liquid - Cargo:
Attending tanker vessels carrying liquid cargo (Lube oil For M/s. Castrol (I) Ltd, Gulf Oil Ltd, Apar Industries Ltd, etc & chemicals for Deepak Fertilizers & Pertochem Ltd, Edible Oil for M/s. Godrej Industries Ltd. & Adani Food Ltd, Etc) to certify quality & quantities on board & shore terminal for import.
- Attending at shore terminal for fitness of tanks, Ship - Shore pipe line cleaning, attending at shore during receiving of cargo from Vessel to terminal, preparation of Final out turn of cargo at terminal.
- Attending the delivery of bulk cargo for loading in the trucks - tankers for their fitness & weighment.
Agri Products :
- Attending agri products (Yellow Peas, Green Peas, Moonge, Black Matpe, Soya Beans, Toor, etc) for inspection of quality & quantity / damage survey / draught survey / Weighment /Sampling on behalf of Insurance Companies, Importer M/s. R Piryalal & Co. & CHA’s
Project Cargo :
- Attending project Vessel for M/s. Essar Refinery Project at Jamagar and stream / shore. Supervise the discharge operation of project cargo from vessel and loading in the barges. Inspection for securing of cargo after loading of cargo in the Barges.
- Recording the package no. & condition of each package during discharge & also during unloading at jetty.
- Maintain record for all import cargo as per packing list & deliver the same for erection. Record all the inbound & out bound cargo.
Container Inspection :
- Dry / Tank container inspection for its fitness prior loading as per ISO standard & witness for weighment of cargo.

- Container Stuffing & De-stuffing. (for Insurance Companies, Consignee, etc)
Steel Cargo : (HR, CR, HRPO Coils & Sheet Packs)
- Shore Operation :
- Inventory & Carting of cargo mangement : Keeping inventory of cargo and carting from factory to stack yard as per size wise / lot wise / consignee wise / port wise / vessel wise prior shipment.
- Supervise for proper stowage for cargo in stack yard, care to be taken for heavy & light weight / gauge cargo carted if more then one high.
- Recording of all in bound and out bound in the stack yard.
- Vessel Operation:
- Provide carted cargo to vessel as per requirement and supervise during loading of cargo in the holds and inspect the securing / lashing of cargo after loading of cargo. Recording the timings & reporting to officials.
Steel cargo handled for M/s. Essar Steel Ltd / Telco Ltd / Ispat Ltd / Insurance Companies.
Insurance Survey:
Transit survey, flood survey, fire survey for loss assessment for Insurance companies.
Port Attended: Mumbai Port / Anchorage, JNPT, Pirpav, Dharmtar Jetty, Magdalla Port / Anchorage, Pipavav Port, Bhavanagar Port / Anchorage, .
Self drafting reports & invoices, correspondence with clients Report.
