Objective
I am a Certified Second Engineer with Marine Surveying background. Have over 10 years working experience in several sectors in the Maritime field. Initially serving onboard several Navy Ships as Midshipman and thereafter switching to Merchant Ships and doing my apprenticeship with Evergreen Marine Corporation. My Marine Surveying experienced started after being appointed as Flag State Surveyor and Marine Consultant at the Panama Maritime Authority’s (PMA) Head Office where I worked for 5 years. In addition, my overall outstanding performance at the PMA awarded me with a scholarship to do a Master Degree in Maritime Safety at the World Maritime University where I gathered a vast knowledge of the major IMO conventions. Upon completion of my studies I joined the Belize Registry as Technical Manager and subsequently joined Lloyd’s Register of Shipping as Exclusive Surveyor.
