Experience
I have over 28 years of experience in all facets of shipboard engineering to include the management of personnel, equipment and programs. SME: Strong knowledge in diesel engine theory, main propulsion plant management, electrical power distribution and auxiliary machinery support. Certified marine air-conditioning and refrigeration systems, Reverse Osmosis Systems Qualified as Main Propulsion Assistant, attained 3 Engineering Officer(Plant Manager) of the Watch qualifications for twin screw Gas Turbine and Diesel ships, Certified EPA Universal Technician Refrigerant Handling. Managed the preventative and corrective maintenance programs for primary and supplemental equipment to sustain continued operational readiness; Diesel, HVAC, Air systems, Hydraulics. Supervised the operation, maintenance and overhaul on internal combustion engines, shipboard propulsion machinery, and conducted rebuild and post overhaul tests.
