r Handling the Shiplift and Transfer System Electrical Package/Contract for entire Naval Base Water Supply and Sewage facilities Arboriculture Contract.
r Managing the installation, testing tuning of shiplift platform (175X28 mtr) with a capacity of 10000 tons lift, 42 hoists and the control system. (first project in India) Rs 400 Cr
r Monitoring the testing and commissioning of the Transfer system Casting of Concrete piles and fabrication of steel piles with Driving steel and Concrete Piles for Construction of Piers including set measurement.
r Managing the Vibrocompaction and testing of same.
r Setting up the repair facility complex with all the required machinery.
r Handling the installation, testing and commissioning of 4 X 2.5MW Diesel Generator sets. (Captive Power plant) and Central Air Conditioning, refrigeration plants for the various buildings in the project.
r Managing and monitoring the project of all sites.
r Reviewing the Interim Payment Certificates and recommending for payments.
r Reviewing and approving the method statements/ extension of time proposals/ Preliminary acceptance certificates and commissioning certificates.
r Reviewing and coordinating meeting for the project.
r Coordinating with various agencies including Consultants/ Contractors/ State Govt for resolving design/Contractual / site issues.
r Keeping the Ship Operational at all times to meet the commitments and requirements of the top management.
Achievements:
r Proficiently covered all stages of engineering, from conceptual and detailed through to fabrication and field operations for Refit of Ship in dry dock ensuring completion on time with incorporation of process changes along the way.
r Successfully initiated co-ordination form refit office which acts like Project Management Office.
r Explicit definition of scope of work saving rework of work executed.
r On site brainstorming to ensure piping details are achieved.

Role: Carrying out refit detailing of Ship & achieved Refitting of ship by using my expertise in operations, project planning & execution. Initiated the project as per charter/ planned the entire work till workpackage level, executed the plan by continous control and closed on completion.
