Objective
My objective is to utilize my 30+ years of Navy engineering experience, and legal education (MBA in criminal justice, and approximately 2 years of law school) to investigate accidents, casualties with follow on involvement in the areas of reporting, writing and litigation. I consider this to be a very exciting and challenging field of work.

Plans, organizes, directs all Installation Personnel and Administration Center (IPAC) pay and administration actions within five separate sections, in direct support of 5500 military and civilian personnel and 1800 Japanese civilian personnel. Developed thirty-two core processes which have streamlined all computer programs and paper products in support of pay, administrative, travel, promotions, financial management, budgeting, auditing, records accountability, legal reports, ID Cards and temporary and permanent transfer processes. Utilizes computerized tracking system in command, organizational goals and objectives. Researches, interprets, analyzes, applies guidelines, policies, regulations. Skils
In addition to my work experience as noted above, I have 13 years (1974-1987) deckplate experience in marine engineering equipment operations, repair, maintenance, casualty control, equipment failure analysis for all types of equipments include diesel, gas turbine, steam propulsion, surface ships, surface craft and Navy SEALS underseas delivery craft.
My experience spans 30 year naval career from E-1 to E-9 (Master Chief Petty Officer), promotion to limited duty engineering officer (O-1 Ensign to O-5 (Cmdr) in 30 years. I have specialized vibrations and failure analysis experience with Naval Special Warfare Command (SEALS), years of firefighting and damage control experience as well civilian shipyard repair experience at Southwest Marine Shipyard, San Diego, CA. At present, I am located overseas at Marine Corps Air Station, Iwakuni, Japan as a GS-11 federal employee. My wife will retire from the US Navy in January 2007. I will be available for employment in February 2007 and am flexible as to location.
