Description: I am marine Engineer with eleven year experience in tankers. Marine was my dream so I choose this profession and done my B.marine from world's best institute Marine Engineering And Reaserch Institute. I had started my profession in 2007 with MOL and know working with AESM since 2011.
Being marine engineer follow up with international rules and regulations are the utmost priority like SOLAS, MARPOL, ISM, STCW, MLC, PSC, VETTING INSPECTIONS and many more.
To keep vessel in a ship shape and to achieve business oriented goals skills, knowledge and experience play a pivoital role. Therefore key skill
for me which help to being a good and hard working marine Engineer are working on two stroke, four stroke engines, compressors, steering gear, boiler, refrigeration system, AC system, framo , Inert gas system, COPs, pumps, sewage system, piping system, purifiers, heaters condensors, fresh water generator, hydraulic systems, electric systems, winches and cranes.
I have good knowledge to read and understand Engineering drawings, electric drawings, manuals.
Faults finding and Maintenance is the most favourite part for me to being a marine Engineer.
Apart from above I am expericed and comfortable with excel, word, outlook, inventories, documentation, mailing, month end, filing system, and raising a requisition.
