Experience
I have worked for American Seafoods as an engineer since graduation from college in the summer of 2008.
Responisbilities
Responsible for assisting in the safe and efficient maintenance and operation
of all ship's engineering systems and processes, which would include: diesel propulsion systems; deck hydraulic and pneumatic systems, fuel and lubrication systems; refrigeration plant; sewage treatment; water making/desalinization systems(RO and flash type distillers); vacuum sanitation system; heating and ventilation systems; radar and navigational systems; Satcom and telecommunications equipment, and any other systems for the vessel or factory. Assisting in the manning and other USCG operating regulations for the vessel and assisting in the preventive maintenance programs for all engineering systems.

I have lots of experience in welding and fabrication. I also was a diesel mechanic in the military.
I am not happy in my current job because of inconsistancy in time off and in pay. I am a hard worker and am looking for a career not just a job for now.
