Experience


I started my carrier QC inspector (Engineering department) at Naval Dockyard Visakhapatnam (Contract base offloaded to M/S Ganga suraj steel and fabrication works) from SEP 2011 – DEC 2012.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

? Gauging of all pumps and HP compressors parts.

? Alignment and run out checks of shafts.

? Good experience in Pressure tests of snort exhausts, garbage ejectors, H P bottles and different types of valves.

? Inspections on installation of rudder, propeller and shaft checked at shop floor and onboard.

? Inspections on defecation and assembly of valves, Hydraulic machines, accumulators, compressors, Kingston flaps, lube oil pumps, chilled water pumps, sea water pumps, engines, oil water separator and bearings.

? Inspections on defecation and assembly of valves, main vent machines, emergency machines, accumulators, compressors, Kingston flaps, pumps, oil water separator and bearings.

? Preparation of quality inspection specification for offload and yard repair jobs.
