Experience
- Manage repair works on several kinds of vessel.
- Co-ordination with Owner and Surveyor.
- To negotiate repair amount with Ship owner’s representative to make easy job for company.
- Make repair plan, QC Recommendation to prevent mistake which predicted by QC in charge and Quality report to corrective action when conduct production occur non-conformance product.
- Performing inspection and test (Fit-up inspection, Visual inspection, Supervise of NDT, Final inspection).
- Monitoring and control for NDT (RT, UT, PT, MT, Thickness gauging) job.
- Listening and speaking skills in English fluently.
- Experience in applying ASTM Standard, ABS rule, BV rule...
- Experience in making WPS & PQR.
- Experience in inspection of shafting system and propulsion system for cargo ship, AHTS, PSV and self jack-up Rig…
- Experience in inspection of installation main engine, auxiliary machinery and ship systems commissioning.
- QC engineer in charge of ship repair, Conversion ship.
- QC engineer in charge of new ship building: bulk carrier, oil tanker, offshore…
- Hull & Outfitting supervisor for ship owner – 82K DWT bulk carrier.
Education
- Training Quality management of Machinery & Outfitting for new ship building in Hyundai Mipo Dockyard, Korea.
- Certificate of excellent member of HVS – quality control department in 2007.
- Decision of promotion to Assistant manager QC department from 01-01-2009.
- Experience of QC inspector for Hull construction, machinery installation & commissioning.
