19 years at American Bureau of Shipping on the machinery technical side. Head Principal from 1999 to early 2005. Involved in development of 90 Meter Rules, Part 5, DP requirements, High Speed Craft Guide and Crewboat Supplement. Very familiar with Regulatory, National and International requirements for OSVs, WS, DP class for small vessels.
