Experience


June 2008 - June 2009: Worked for the Egyptian Forced Army in "outboard engines` maintenance workshop" and dealt with numerous outboard engines such as: YAMAHA, JOHNSON, MERCURY and YANMAR.

The main Responsibilities was:

Diesel engines overhauling,

All overhaul types (top, complete, bottom),

Engine parts repair and overhaul (pumps- valves-pistons-cylinders),

Open and inspect to specify spare parts required,

Diesel overhauling tests and measurement,

Diesel engines troubleshooting,

Periodical maintenance.



August 2009 - Present: Working for Standard Line for Construction (SLC) company (Sub Contractor to Suez Shipyard) as a site engineer responsible for repairing damages in steel ships and inspections for piping system's leaks and failure and repair if necessary in all ship categories (i.e. Cargo carriers, tankers,barges…etc).



The main responsibilities are:

Inspection for damages in steel ships and piping system's leaks.

Managing the whole work process within the time scheduled.

Construct and fit new items to the ship such as: SPONSON stability tanks, Extension deck, etc.

Delivered the unit after repairing to the classification's surveyors.

Liqiued Penetrant Testing. (PT) ASNT-Level II.

Ultrasonic Testing. (UT) ASNT-Level II.
