(a) Equipment Worked (Procurement, Installation, Commissioning, Operation, Maintenance/ Repairs etc) on:
Maintenance and Repair of Main Engines (ICE, GTs, GTGs) and its Auxiliaries, Diesel generators and its Auxiliaries, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Plants and its Auxiliaries, Various Rotating Equipment/ Machinery, Pumps, Compressors, Valves, Various Fire Fighting Equipment, Gearing and Shafting Jobs of Main Propulsion System of ships, RO (Reverse Osmosis Plants), STPs, Various Casting and Forging jobs (Pattern making, Heat Treatment processes etc)
(b) As Manager/Dy. Manager/ Asst. Manager in Naval Dockyards catered/ responsible for overall functioning of shop floors/ Plant operations like manpower allocation (O/T, leave etc). Procurement, Installation, Commissioning and Maintenance including Up-gradation of various Equipment/ Spares (on board Ships, Dockyards etc). Planning, Forecasting and monitoring entire refit of ships in co ordination with various other Government and Pvt. Sector Agencies, preparation of Defect lists, forecasting of spares, refit/ repairs/routines etc. of various machinery fitted on board ships and shop floors. (i) As Divisional/ Training Officer (for approximately 200+ Sailors) catered for Entire Training and Administration including welfare of under- trainee sailors of Indian Navy, Indian Coast Guard including foreign Navies with duties of Planning/ Preparation and Implementation of Professional and Personal Development Programs including Academic Courses, Adventure Activities, Preparation of Training Programs, Course contents etc Continuous Professional and Personal scrutiny/ Assessment/ appraisals of Trainees for their future appointments and promotions.
(ii) As Senior Instructor (for Officers and Sailors of both Indian and Foreign Navies) imparted Theory and Practical Instructions on various Marine Engineering Subjects. As Senior Instructor in NBCD School, INS Shivaji imparted instructions (Theory and Practical) on various aspects of Firefighting (PPEs, Fixed Firefighting Equipment etc), Damage Control etc for men (both Service and Civilian Defense Personnel) and material for at Naval Training Establishments, Dockyards and Ships.
(iii) As Officer in charge of various Non Public Funds undertook procurement/ repair of infrastructure and training aids including up gradation of various facilities/utility items of under trainees. Procurement and Commissioning of new Training Equipment, Training Infrastructure development etc, Planned Analysis, Maintenance and Up gradation of various training aids etc.
