Objective
I would like to sail as an assistant engineer or work on shore in a position that would allow me to employ my skills in the maritime field. I currently live in Washington DC and any shore work would need to be in the DC metro.
Experience
Sailed as an assistant engineer for OSG on the tug Columbia (6500HP) and the tug Constitution (11000HP). Also worked on the Constitution during a 5 month shipyard period.
Education
Graduated from the US Merchant Marine Academy in 2007 with a BS in Marine Engineering Systems and a minor in Nuclear Engineering. Also completed High Voltage Safety course at the AMO school.

2nd A/E Unlimited Motor and 3rd A/E Unlimited Steam and Gas Turbine USCG License
