I am seeking a position which will utilize my unique experience and abilities. I wish to utilize my 2nd Assistant Engineer license. I prefer to travel and work on an even schedule.
Experience
1982-1998: Served in the U.S. Navy.
1999-2000: Employed as an oil spill responder with MSRC.
2000-2002: QMED and Engineer for Edison Chouest Offshore.
2002: 1st Assistant Engineer for Ocean Services.
2003-Present: Assistant Engineerand Chief Engineer for Edison Chouest Offshore.I have had the priveledgeto serve on three diffent vessels which recorded zero discrepancies during their annual USCG inspections.
Education
1982: Graduatedfrom Weiser High School, Weiser, Idaho.
1983: Graduated from HT"A" scool and C-1 welding school.
1985: Graduated from Gas Free Engineering School.
Certification
2nd Assistant Engineer License any H.P. (Motor Vessels)
Chief Engineer, OSV, any H.P., 3000 ITC tons.

Skils
I have Extensive experience on Caterpillar engines, Rolls-Royce Z-drives, and Schottel CPP systems.
I have had some experience on GM/ EMD engines, and Thrustmaster of Texas DC electric drives.
I have blended my Navy experience as a pipefitter, shipfitter, welder, and damage control with the requirements of being a merchant marine officer. I have performed all duties assigned and implied to the best of my abilities and have a spotless safety record.
