* Responsible for all activities and supervision of 23 engine department personnel for steam turbine drive propulsion plant operations, hotel services, maintenance and repairs, deck, and navigation equipment.

* Responsible for the maintenance, repair, and operation of the 4,160 volt AC medium voltage, 3,200kw diesel electric propulsion plants and equipment.

* Expert in administering, maintaining and using a fully networked, 42 client, ship-wide planned maintenance, inventory control, SQME, deck/engine room electronic log, and configuration management system. Expert skills with satellite and telephone communications systems

* Lead Engineer for seven major annual 60 day repair and dry-docking evolutions for standard and multi-hulled vessel types.

President

* Started, developed, and operated this company, a small boatyard specializing in repairs, drydocking and overhauls for medium to large yachts ranging in size from 100ft to 350ft.

* Responsible for all management and technical/craft specialty aspects of the company, which had a nucleus workforce of 50 personnel that expanded to as much as 150 personnel on larger jobs.

* Wrote all environmental impact statements and all required documentation for the Army Corp of Engineers and EPA to obtain the necessary development and operating permits. Negotiated long term leases with the USVI territorial government.

* Operated two subsidiary companies that manufactured and repaired restaurant and industrial equipment, installed large industrial equipment, provided logistics supply and support services for local resorts and companies.
