Replacing with new parts or reconditioning of old ones and fixing on places.

Taking measures on all running parts (camshaft, crankshaft, bearings main and big, piston liners and cylinder heads.

SOCIAL SKILLS AND COMPETENCES

In my private and social life I have met people of different nationalities with whom I interact in a

business manner and associate in my free time. Lived surrounded with 3-64 nations while was on cargo and passengers ships.

I am spending my free time recreating and educating myself professionally as well as privately.

I don't smoke and drink considering that I am an athletic person. Easily adapt myself to working

conditions, very flexible about and always try to find the best solution to any problem.



ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS AND COMPETENCES

My avenue of approach in organization of the work depends on structure of my involvement in work: as an individual or as a group supervisor. My practice is to make a plan of the assignments with my superiors so as to complete work with quality and within dead lines. In my work experience also pertinence the assignments I managed independently as well as a group supervisor of two to four persons. Due to organization and allocation of work, I start from assignment list with priority works upon that realization of the remaining follows
