Maintenance and operating, reparing of Diesel engines, pumps, boilers all ship's equipment


Experience


13 Years of sailing experience as Engineer Officer, 7 of them in offshore, on different types of vessels, in multi- national crews, doing any kind of Main and Auxiliary Engine’s maintenance, repairs and maintenance of vessel’s systems, pumps, separators, compressors, hydraulic equipment. I have experience with operating and maintenance of new, electronic Diesel Engines as CATERPILLAR 3500B Series, familiar with computer service program “Electronic technician”, using for maintenance and diagnostic of electronic Diesel Engines. I have skill with different electronic PMS systems.

from 2004 to present REDERIJ GROEN B.V. Chief Engineer Seismic support vessel.

from 2000 to 2004 VROON OFFSHORE as Chief and 2nd Engineer on Seismic support and ERRV vessels

From 1998 to 2000 at SPLIETHOFF B.V. as 3rd and 2nd Engineer on cargo vessels.


Education


1990 - 1995 studying in St. Petersburg’s State University of Water Communications. Subjects included: marine and engineering English language, Mathematics, Physics, Personal Computers, Thermodynamics, Resistance of materials, Theory of materials, Hydromechanics, Automation, Theoretical mechanics, Refrigeration installations and air conditioning equipment, International Maritime laws and conventions, Ship’s steam and gas turbines, Technology of ship’s repair, Ship’s construction and propulsion complex, Engine room simulator, Diesel engines automation systems, Combustion engines, construction, Maintenance of diesel engines, Steam boilers construction and maintenance Ship’s electrical equipment, Ship’s auxiliary mechanisms, systems and equipment, Medical first aid, Theory of management, Ecology, etc.

As Chief Engineer of Seismic support and supply vessel I was in charge for in- line bunkering operation between Seismic research and Seismic support vessels at sea, performed special transferring operations of seismic gears, streamers etc, at sea, which requires high degree of reliability of all Engines and auxiliary equipment on board. I'm able to weld, by electrode and gas.
