Routine Maintenance, rebuilding on Issota Franschini Main Propulsion Plant eight cylinders engines, and Diesel Generators 300KW, hydraulic governors. Conducted required routine maintenance on 33ton air-conditioning plants and .5ton refrigeration plants. Rebuilding, and repairing valves, seals high pressure medium air compressors. Computerized preventive maintenance scheduling, for routine maintenance. Coordinator Fuel oil, lube oil management program (EDO) Engineering Duty Officer.

Coordinator gage calibration program. Preventive maintenance on Hydraulic cranes, anchor windlass.

Ships Cyclone hydraulic propellers. Alignment of fresh water centrifugal pumps, and operating repairing reverse osmosis distilling plants. Replacements of strainers, filters.

Major Functions: Facilities Manager in charge of emergency generator operator, and HVAC systems for building. I was responsible, for the building security, for the Mine Warfare Command Corpus Christi Texas. Position required to be cleared a secret security clearance. Key player in building contracts during the reconstruction of Command Mobile Mine Inspection Group carried out contracts bids on reconstruction of building maintenance.

Repaired and replaced internal defective components of temperature regulating thermocouples. Maintained, and repaired ships air-conditional plants, and refrigeration plants. Involving replacements repairing the air-conditioning, refrigeration compressor unit, internally, and externally leaks, and replacement internal seals, repair and replacement thermal expansion valves, PLC, control systems. Program manager, for ship board lube oil testing programs, on operating critical operating machinery. Repaired and replaced diesel engines turbo chargers and blowers. Repaired and replaced the defective oil seals in lube oil piping system. Utilized dial indicator, shaft rotation of turbo chargers. Hydraulic, Governors inspection of internal parts, and seals replaced as needed. Maintained ships distilling plants heat recovery system replacement of valves, pump seals, sight glasses.
