I have a sea going experience as engineer for 12 years with last 3 years as Chief engineer (diesel). I a presently pursuing M.S degree in Maritime management at Maine Maritime. My objective is to settle ashore in suitable executive position in shipping industry

company from February 2004- May 2004 (3 months).
Second Engineer (1st Asst. Engineer) in Univan Ship Management Limited, Hong Kong from 2000- 2003 (3 Years).
Junior Engineer to the post of Second Engineer (1st Asst.
Engineer) from 1994 to 2000 (7 years) in The Shipping
Corporation of India Ltd, Govt. of India owned India’s
largest shipping line.
Sea going experience around the world around 40+ countries
in all continents.
Education
Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering
from University of Calicut, Kerala, India (1987-1991)
Post Graduate training in Marine Engineering (6 months)
from Directorate of Marine Engineering Training (DMET),
Government of India, Bombay, India (1993-1994).
Presently doing : Master of Science degree in Maritime Management (to be completed in June 2008) from Loeb Sullivan School of International Business and Logistics,

Marine Engineer Officer Class 1 Certificate of competency (Diesel) -
Chief Engineers’ License-Diesel for merchant vessels of unlimited Engine power issued by Mercantile Marine Department, Government of India.

The above experience onboard Container vessels, reefer vessels,bulk carriers, Gas Tanker, Chemical Tanker and general cargo ships. B&W , Mitsubishi main engine experience of 9000 BHP to 62080 BHP engines .
