Job Description-:
2nd Assistant Engineer:(M.T Chemical Marketer):
•Responsibilities aboard this 5180 KW ,MAN B&W propelled diesel ship with two Yanmar auxiliary engines and 15 Tonnes/hr auxiliary boiler; supervision of upto to 5 assistants in the administration of matters affecting physical operation of the ship, from start up to shut down of the main propulsion plant
•Assigns/scheduled/inspected work; following planned maintenance programs; handled inventory management/control, stores/parts/consumables ordering; burning of heavy fuel oil required continual troubleshooting/problem-solving in the maintenance of propulsion system and power plant.
3rd Assistant Engineer:(M.V Triton Stork):
•Responsibilities aboard this 9480 KW,MAN B&W propelled diesel ship with three Daihatsu auxiliary engines and 1.0 Tonnes/hr capacity auxiliary boiler; supervised 4 assistants in the maintenance of boilers and auxiliary equipment; responsible for fueling, storing and purification of fuel, test/maintenance of correct boiler water and main jacket water, and maintenance,repair,overhaul or replacement of related systems and components
4th Assistant Engineer:(M.V Spar Ruby):
•Responsibilities aboard this 6355 KW,MAN B&W propelled diesel ship with three Yanmar auxiliary engines and 1.0 Tonnes/hr capacity auxiliary boiler; supervised 3 assistants, handled small electrical maintenance, start-up/shut-down of fresh water generator, transfer and storage of water, and operation, maintenance and repair of the lubrication system, including storage, transfer and purification.

Gained hands-on experience on the operation and maintenance of 22 KW diesel power plant and 39 KW steam power plant.
