i) Diesel Engines as Main Propulsion and Main Generator rating from 40 KW to 4500 KW.
ii) Main Gas Turbines :Impulse Reaction turbine up to 32,000 HP in ahead mode and 8000 HP in astern;Air Conditioning plant and Refrigeration plant.
iii) High pressure and low pressure reciprocating air compressor

v) Various Semi-Rotary and Rotary pump.

Maintenance Engineer Over all in-charge of Property Management team for the Mall Maintenance and Functioning .
a) Responsible for smooth functioning and running of all Split type Air
Conditioning plants of shop in the Mall in co-ordination with the vendor for the general routine planned preventive maintenance and defect rectification.
b) In-charge of the Mall Maintenance team for over all smooth functioning and operation of Mall in the field of Civil, Plumbing and Electrical in co-ordination with the client.
c) Co-ordination with various other agencies like Facade cleaning of one of the biggest Glass Sky Dome, Glass Maintenance ,Escalators , Elevators etc for a better functioning and good look of the Mall.
d) In-charge for proper overall House keeping maintenance of the common area of an approximate area of 6 lac Sq ft of the Mall.
e) Co-ordination and supervision of the Mall Security for all the aspects like General Safeties of the Mall including Fire fighting and Discipline/conduct of the Mall partners.
Functioning and Co-ordination with the Events Department for various Events held in the Mall which includes shoots and promotions of various agencies. Head the customer care unit for the Mall on 24hrsX 7 days basis for all kind of visitors in the Mall as well as the Mall partners for all types of complaints.

Presently Working with Maddi Laksmaiah & Co. as Site Engineer, and Responsible for maintaining of following equipments:
1) Maintaining of Store Inventory
2) Scrutinizing of Quotation of Various Agencies Such as HVAC (Carriar),Lifts(Otis), Civil Works, Gardening Work, Fire Fighting System, Façade Glass cleaning Agency,Pest control Agency etc.
3) Building Maintenance IBMS Installed by Honeywell Auto.
4) Maintenance of Electrical equipments such as Transformer, ACB’s, VCB’s, Motors
5) Planning of Security for ML Towers by Nisa Security services
6) Maintenance of DG set (450 Kva)
