Experience


June 2012 – March 2014 RFID TECHNICAL SUPPORT WITH INDITEX GROUP UK, UK.

Installations, commissioning, maintenance and operation of RFID, wide range of IT and cash till computer systems.

Responsibilities and achievements:

• Installation and commissioning of RFID equipment (PDA, TGT, POS, and RFID Detachers)

• Support the RFID project implementation in the Inditex group stores and facilitation of training when required.

• Technical support for all Inditex group stores relating to RFID equipment and any other technical applications in the store.

• Train and reinforce stores cash desk procedure during RFID implementation

• Answering technical support help line during and beyond stores opening.

My duties encompassed working on and off shore and in ports conducting surveys, installations, commissioning, maintenance and repairs on a wide range of marine electronics, navigation and telecommunications systems and products.

Responsibilities and achievements:

• Identification and elimination of failure modes in the IT/Telecommunications infrastructure and developing maintenance strategies to enhance reliability and reduce costs.
