Duties and Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot all electrical problem onboard such as control panels, switchboard panels, starting system of both main engine and diesel alternators, flooding sensors, air conditioning system, cargo refer system, ship use and cargo elevators fire pumps, all kinds of pumps and the rest
Perform paralleling test for all generators onboard on the ship board
Preparing load bank for load testing for the new overhaul generators
Conducts PMS checking for both battery charger and 400HZ 440v/115V AC convertors and others equipment onboard for both French and American ship
Prepare job log action and condition reports for accomplish jobs. Also conducting (POT &I), Preliminary \operational \test and Inspections during sea trial
Act as lead man for ROH (repair and Overhaul) and RAB (Repair Availability) jobs for PGG )Patrol Guided Gunboat) and MSC (Mines Sweeping \class) navy ships
Assist equipments and hydraulic mechanic on their job such as LP, HP compressor, boat davit, hydraulic flops for ventilation system and NBC (Nuclear and Biological Chemical ) flops
Trouble shoot problems on (LRT) ship Logistics and Replenishment Tankers such as capstan, anchor windlass and problems on (DCC) Damage Control Console like ground detection and fault detection
