Marine Chief Engineer: Familiar with offshore vessels Tug, Supply, DSV, Barge, (Walvis 2, Jascon 33…). Responsible for all machinery on the vessel “Walvis 2”. Daily technical, follow up and inspection of vessels as well as planning and executing docking and workshop maintenance. Responsibility for technical operations on the sea, reporting to the technical manager in Lagos, Nigeria. To manage the human resources available to the maintenance group so as to maintain a flexible and efficient work culture. Also duties include, where appropriate, but not limited to: Assist the Master/Person in Charge in emergency response. Assist in the planning of major repairs, modifications and surveys and keep the Lagos Operations Department fully informed of Vessel. Responsible for onboard use and control of the planned maintenance system (TM-Master) and the issuing of reports from this system. Detail knowledge of engines: 2pcs of M/E-EMD 16-645E7B-6140 BHP; A /Es-Detroit V-71 , Detrit ser.92,Detrit Inline 71;Tawing /Anchor Handling-Smatco Double Drum model 250 waterfall,; Oil Separator-ALFA laval;, Management of mechanical/electrical maintenance of all plant and domestic services and supervision. On the vessel MS Jascon 33,I detailed knowledge of Fresh Water Maker(Revers Osmosic Unit-type ERO 50,capasity 50m3/day)and Ultraviolet Water Purifier (“Sanitary”)for 200 person living on the barge Jascon 33. Of course there were many galley & laundry equipment which I particularly familiarized. Air conditions systems were used in all rooms singly, mostly : TLC Spilt, TCA 12CS/TK & Arika. On the deck “Jascon33” was Crane fully hydraulically and 2pcs of A/E-Commins 400 KW, .On this vessels I worked without electricians.

IBEEV Marine Chief Engineer: I worked in the Shipyard with the new vessels-IBEEVs(Ice Breaker Emergency Evacuate Vessels). Monitored and reviewed sub-supplier’s detailed design and construction drawings and documents. Participated in the verification of IBEEV detailed design changes. Participated in and monitoring of, internal , Classification Society and Flag State Authority design review activities. Ensured Contractor’s procedures and shedders. Provided technical support to the IBEEV Package Manager during execution of the work.. Assisted in managing the engineering interfaces with company and any other Execution Management Teams. Assisted in inspection, commissioning and sea trials of IBEEV vessels. Leased with the contractors. Supervised and responsible for ensured that all IBEEV vessels (on the oil rig-space, D-Island, North Sea)are technically managed in accordance as Planned Maintenance System. Ensured that all records and certification are up to date. Acted as a member of the Emergency Response Team during an emergency time on the OilRig. Participated in operational management reviews meetings relating to the OIM of D-Island).
During time of Dry-dock in Poland, I familiarized with a strong mechanical and electrical systems on the IBEEVs vessel. Detailed knowledge of Schottel propulsion system, ABB converter operation , Caterpillar 3508 ,deeply knowledge with IAS-Integrated Automation System, deeply familiarized with Fire Systems(dampers, Bjorge Computing Alarm System,...),Divex –Combustion High Pressure Air System-350 bars.

Tech. Superintendent: Familiar with tanker vessel and offshore Tug, DSV, launch, (Saladin, Sabah…). Responsible for verifying allocated vessels. Curry out vessel visits, inspection and technical audited and provided full reports. Ensured that ships are maintained in state of operation readiness. Ensure vessel surveyors and curry out on time. Prepare and run Dry Dock. Monitor control planned maintenance of vessel. Ensure bunkers and lubricants are controlled and monitored for quality and quantity. Monitor and control repairs and maintenance areas designate ship budgets with limits and report to Tech. Manger.
