Works with Seatrans AS Norway as First Engineer and then Chief Engineer on a chemical tanker

Monitor the power plants controls and power distribution – ensure power is available at all times.

Carry out repairs and maintenance on all various mechanical, hydraulic and electrical equipment.

Repair, replace and install various equipments as need or according with Vessel Maintenance Program. Coordinate and ensure that all mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and cargo equipment maintenance and repair are done in a safe and effective manner.

Dry dock planning and repairs, coordination according with planned maintenance and classification requirements.

Maintain documentation in compliance with Company policy and requirements as well as with the International regulations.

Taking care of maintenance planning and purchasing of spare parts.

Works with Geogas as First Engineer on LPG carriers up to 80000 Nmc capacities. Experience with operation of deep well cargo pumps, inert gas plant, nitrogen generators, gas detection systems inert gas and air drying plant.

Responsible to maintain, repair and operate of all mechanical and electrical equipment on board the vessel. Maintain documentation in compliance with Company policy and requirements as well as with the International regulations.
