April 2007-June 1st 2009 Ferguson Williams, LLC - Port Supervisor

Supervises and directs 27 boat crews, two outboard mechanics, five dispatchers and two crane crews with all aspects of Naval Station Ingleside Port activities to include mooring and unmooring of vessels, preventative maintenance (PM) and other duties as assigned. Advocate assurance that established policies and procedure guidelines are followed; assures compliance with federal and state regulations and policies, promptly responds, utilizing the proper chain of command, to inquires, both external and internal, and promptly addresses and resolves personnel and other issues while fostering a positive work environment and high morale.



June 2005-April 2007 General Dynamics – Project Manager

Supervised all aspects of project from concept to delivery, utilizing knowledge of relevant technologies and maintaining precise communication between client and vendors to ensure the aspired product is attained. Perform contract administration duties that provide accurate monthly status reports, budget development, and financial and analytical reviews. Monitor quality assurance of project deliverables and integrate best practices for future endeavors.



Military Experience



2003-2004 HSV-2 Swift – Department Head Deck/Weapons Department

As ships loadmaster I participated in special projects and directed and managed all operations of the ships safety program.



2001-2003 Naval Station Ingleside, Texas – Port Operations Officer

Supervised all operations of the Port of Naval Station Ingleside which stationed 20 Mine Warfare ships, various Port Operations work boats and security boats.



1999-2001 USS INCHON – Department Head

Within an annual operating budget exceeding $164,000.00 I planned training, professional development and welfare for over 60 deck department personnel, coordinated crane operations, mooring and towing, to include maintenance, repair and preservation.



1996-1999 USS SACRAMENTO – UnRep Maintenance Officer

Supervised 60 riggers, machinists and electricians on preservation and maintenance of 38 winches, nine cargo elevators, 40 fork trucks and two 10-ton cargo booms which created over 1956 PM checks per cycle.
