Managed P&L of all work within a 250-plus-person division, delivering $51 million in annual revenue. Responsible for building an opportunity pipeline, qualifying and developing new business opportunities, and serving as Capture Manager for major opportunities. Major clients included Military Sealift Command, NAVSEA, NAVAIR, DHS, Marine Corps, and NOAA. Led development and implementation of a formalized Quality Management System to include repeatable, documented processes in support of IT systems development and maintenance, ILS services, and database management, leading to ISO 9001:2000 certification in August 2005 and upgraded to ISO 9001:2008 in 2009. Oversaw the development, maintenance, and integration of CACI-developed software programs. This included the MSC IS Portal, Corrective Maintenance Logistics System (CMLS), Configuration and Logistics Information Program (CLIP), and the Windows-based MSC Availability Support Program (WinMASP), as well as the shipboard version of CLIP (ShipCLIP), converting and enhancing the software to include Sybase replication between ships and the centralized shore-side database. Ensured all systems were developed in accordance with the Navy Task Force Web and NMCI requirements.
