Experience
To look after the plant maintenance comprising of dosing & weighing equipment’s, Mixing equipment’s, Filtration equipments automatic filling machines, Cap sealing, labeling, inkjet printing m/c, and equipment’s of automatic carton packing line like carton forming & folding, carton taping, rejection system. Extruder, Kneader, Calendaring equipment’s, Winders, Slitter, Crosscutter, Polar cutter, Heating & Cooling units & other Films plants accessories.
• Looking after maintenance & Trouble Shooting activities of pumps, gear boxes, material handing equipment’s (Conveyers, Cranes, Trolleys, Stackers, Fork lifts etc), Blowers, Vacuum pumps, Mechanical seal, Heat exchanger, Pressure vessels, Packing Machine, Pneumatic & Hydraulic system etc.
• Operation & Maintenance of Utility Equipment i.e. Air-Compressor, Air Dryers, Centrally A/c unit, Cooling tower, Water softening plant, Diesel Generator sets, Chilling plants, Nitrogen plant, Boiler, HTM-heat transfer media etc.
• Preparation of maintenance Planning & Control (Maintenance schedule, PPM, breakdown maintenance etc) General modification work, maintenance costing & budgeting. Handling EMS/QMS activities of maintenance dept.
to lead around 12 members team of maintenance department including engineers, operators, fitters, fabricators& helpers for their optimum utilization & hands on support for every day-to-day activities.
* Daily & weekly reports preparations for unit head containing all major consumptions of fuel, energy, water & depicting all major activities carried out within the department for achievement & failures also.
* Development of costly spares locally for keeping cost effectiveness & readily availability of critical items, keeping optimum inventory for consumable items
* Lliasioning with authorities like mppcb, &mpakvn & fulfill the statury requirements for stack, ambient, etp & pressure vessels.
* Interdepartmental communication within the plant for day-to-day activities.
* Maintaining all records related to iso 9000-2001& iso14000, planning & execution of preventive maintenance of all equipments.
* Maintaining engineering approach for keeping plant running in healthy status,
* Maintaining good discipline & team working environment in the department.
Achievements: project monitoring and control including fabrication, erection & commissioning work of chemical plant’s equipments& utility equipment and building projects & maintenance.

3. All mentioned equipments & areas capital maintenance is done under my supervision.
4. Imported & Indian high valued spares developed locally in considerably cheaper prices & working analogues to original spares, (laces rupees priced value spares developed in few hundreds rupees,)
5. Successful installation of on line packing line with following equipments- two head labeling m/c, orientation forming & diverted conveyor, carton forming m/c, online weigh checker, automatic carton taping m/c, automatic palletizing m/c.
6. In almost every working areas modifications carried out to save money & energy with out effecting the quality & production rate & without investing heavy amount of money.
